2. Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years of age as of Feb. 28, 2007. For the cash prize, entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
3. Timing: Contest begins Jan. 8, 2007, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on Feb. 15, 2007.
4. How to Enter: Send your full entry to webwiz@spionline.com. You may enter all four categories for a maximum of four entries.
5. Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on originality, creativity and other totally subjective critera. The judge will feel no compunction to explain or defend her preferences. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The prize winners will be selected by a jury selected by SPIbreak.com staff. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail by Feb. 20, 2007. If a potential winner cannot be contacted and does not reply within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.
6. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded:
Grand Prize: one free Inertia Tours trip, land/hotel/air package to any destination we offer, & represents a credit of $600 off of any individual spring break trip. Free trip is based on quad or higher occupancy.
Free Trip is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value, valid only for Spring Break 2007, with a check in date of March 3rd, March 24th, or March 31. Free trip does NOT include a processing fee ($15 per person), nor refundable damage deposit ($50 per person). Only one free trip voucher can be used per room.
Due to occupancy issues, free trip must be booked (postmarked) with all reservation forms and payments within (10) days of winning, by the trip winner & all travelers and roommates, no exceptions. Accompanying travelers (a/k/a roommates) must pay in full for the trip.
Free trips are based upon availability.

7. Other Terms and Conditions: If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor(s) and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. 8. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor(s) and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor(s) with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right in [its/their] sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. 10. Winners List: The winner shall be announced at http://spibreak.com on Feb. 20, 2007 or by sending an e-mail to webwiz@spionline.com. If winner requests confidentiality, only a first name and school will be provided.
